is a premium AI-powered hotel guest assistant embedded within the concierge dashboard. The design balances high-end aesthetics with practical hotel service logic, delivering a branded digital experience that feels like a real receptionist is standing by.

I designed the complete UI/UX system from scratch, focusing on visual design, motion, interaction patterns, and component architecture. The concierge introduces itself after 7 seconds with a gentle pulse animation and warm tooltip. Guests can request services (fresh towels, late checkout, breakfast info) via large quick-action buttons or natural conversation. All responses are card-based—structured, scannable, and actionable—rather than endless chat bubbles. If the AI can’t help, there’s a seamless escalation path to human reception or WhatsApp.

The design aesthetic is deliberately premium: dark charcoal backgrounds with neon purple/magenta glowing accents (inspired by Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Perplexity dark mode), glassmorphic overlays, soft shadows, and thick rounded pill buttons that feel like high-end hardware control pads. Every interaction—the pulsing online indicator, messages sliding in, buttons responding to taps—makes the assistant feel alive and present, not robotic.

The entire design system was built mobile-first (390px primary viewport) and scaled responsively to tablet/desktop. I provided complete technical specifications: colour tokens, typography scale, spacing system, border radius tokens, animation timings with exact easing functions, component anatomy, state specifications (hover, active, focus, disabled), and accessibility guidelines. The handoff includes a fully functional React prototype, comprehensive design documentation, visual reference diagrams, and a build checklist for engineering.
